The interview process was fine. It was an online interview with recorded questions. we were only given one go to answer the questions. Most of them were quite predictable such as why do you want to work at Shell and other behavioural questions based on scenarios.
They have an online interview and proficiency test, I failed at either of them, so I could not get to the 2 physical interviews. They asked about my passion and why shell?
