A certain Camille Pascual conducts the initial interviews and is a recruiter at Shell Makati. Her questions are too many and extremely difficult — even harder than what native English speakers ask. Does she think it’s a Miss Universe pageant or what? They should replace and fire her.

Katastrophal. In erster Linie, hat die Person im Recruiting mir mit Schreibfehlern geschrieben und meine Vorschläge falsch aufgenommen und dadurch unpassende Termine verschickt. Die Stimmung im Gespräch war schlicht schlecht, distant und kalt. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sahen auch tief unglücklich aus. Ich war froh, als das Gespräch zu Ende war. Die Absage kam innerhalb 24 Stunden - unprofessionell -das HR bei Shell brauch neue Mitarbeiter! Ich würde mich, nach diesem Gespräch, nie wieder bei Shell bewerben, und, andere eher davon abhalten.

I’m very disappointed with the interview process with SHELL PH. I look up this company but candidates must know the feedback either pass or fail so candidate will not waste their time to hope and follow up email without response from recruiters. Don’t just ghost candidate, Candidate experience is very important and recruiters are the front liners of the company. It will give a negative impression with the company.
