I applied online by submitting the CV and motivation.
First you have to do a personality test.
If you pass it, you do 2 tests: one of them is numerical ability test and the other is situational judgement test.
If you pass those 2, they make a phone interview.
During the phone interview they ask about your enthusiasm, achievements, resilience, relationships.
The phone interview takes 1 hour.
You need to give example to each answer. Sometimes they can ask for details.
Later, they provide you detailed feedback if you ask for it.

Virtual Job Tryout and on-demand video interview (ODVI) using Hirevue. The ODVI was consisted of 3 questions (why shell, different opinion with team, ask for feedback). You can repeat the recording answer many times
Great interview, interactive, interesting, inclusive. The HRs are professional and responsive. I finally secured an offer but I did not accept the offer eventually but I respect the company so much.
