Shelter Insurance Service Representative interview questions

Awful! 3 hour long interview by 3 separate women who clearly had better things they wanted to be doing. The second interviewer I had asked me the same exact question off their ridiculous and very outdated "star" method of "tell me about a time",(btw that's how every question was worded), FOUR times-the exact question! All of them asks the same questions as well-over and over again. Why don't you just do a panel interview instead of wasting people's time?! No one asks about you as a person-no one cares about your background or skills. They never deviated from the booklet and they couldn't even be bothered to smile during the process...I will NEVER apply here again and I suggest to anyone reading this-don't waste your time! I didn't get an offer and wouldn't have taken it regardless! A friend that interviewed did not either!
