I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (São Paulo, São Paulo) in Apr 2010
Interview
SLOW. Started in April and ended in June with little feedback. Also was interviewed by the manager that would eventually report to me. She was not prepped and had no idea of where I came from and why I was there. A little strange.

Easy, fast, the employees interviewing me as well as HR Recruiter were very nice. Communication throughout the process has room for improvement. I heard back from the company within a week and the onboarding process wasn't bad either.
I applied online. I interviewed at Sherwin-Williams (Cleveland, OH) in May 2017

Very upfront with the process, timeline, and everything involved. Provided professional feedback. Very personable, so much so you walk out swearing you have the job. Have had friends that worked for the company in internship positions, very highly recommended especially for Cleveland based students.
