A three part process that felt like it was on the path but their lack of transparency left a bad taste. Initial screener interview, hour long store visit with a two page homework assignment, and then a third and final interview on location. The last interview felt like it could have been handled over a video chat for the short length of time. Was told I would be put on a waiting list for the position and encouraged me to take a short staffed position for $12.50 an hour "while I was waiting" for a trainee spot to open. The duration of the interview shifted from mananagement training to a part time role. Months went by without word and I checked on my "wait status" and was emailed a decline notification from the company. I can accept not getting the position but the way Sherwin handled the process leaves something to be desired. Keep this review in mind to have an understanding of the process and the way they shift gears to fill understaffed stores for $12.50 an hour.
