Applied through LinkedIn, a corporate recruiter reached out a few days later. This company is very small, so they put applicants through 6+ interviews before making a decision. First was a phone call with a recruiter. I was moved on to the next stage which was a technical phone interview with their Supply Chain Manager. From there, I was moved onto the final step which was a 2 hour video Interview which consisted of 4 (30) minutes interview sessions, some 1 on 1 and some panel. The entire process took roughly 2 weeks, they moved fairly quickly. Although I didn't receive an offer for this position due to my long term career goals, I still appreciated that this company put genuine time and effort into their hiring process. Yes, it is lengthy, but you hardly can find companies who care this much about hiring the right people. It was refreshing.
