Interview
I applied online & within that week I was contacted for a phone screen. It went well & I was scheduled for a panel interview a few weeks later. The interview didn't consist of any field practical questions. Nor were there questions about my knowledge or experience. More of the tell me about yourself format. The Dir was friendly, respectful, & attentive. He provided background about the company itself. The VP placed more value if or not you were an alumni, a sports fan, or if you knew of his acquaintances of power & privilege. Sadly not realizing that these higher ups had been involved & numerous scandals & been forced to resign. I explained how I had proved myself with my current company climbing up the ladder. The VP couldn't identify with my path traveled. He stopped engaging & re-routed my questions to the Dir to answer & kept giving him cues to wrap up the interview. I walked out of the interview feeling so small. In the future, I hope that this company can grow to embrace integrity & more tolerant of different paths traveled. And not make an interview about who you know but base it on qualified experience.

Once I applied, hearing back from the recruiter was a very quick process. Even with multiple interviews rounds, that process was very quick. The recruiter was very communicative in letting me know what was going through out the process and responding to messages. This is how an interview process should be even if the company ultimately decides to go in another direction. Let the applicant know what is going on rather having the individual in limbo. I have been so impressed with the professionalism throughout this process.

The interview process was fairly straightforward. I had two interviews with two very kind and humorous individuals. The hiring manager/talent acquisition just wants to gage how much knowledge you have about specific tasks you will be performing.

The process was fairly easy. They just ask a bunch of Situational Questions. They also ask about my pharmacy experience and why I wanted to work for the company. Lastly they wanted to know if I had specialty pharmacy experience.
