Poor overall candidate experience. Recruiter would not disclose salary range stating “people will always select the highest amount”, and failed to keep me informed of the status of the position after the interview. I had to always contact them first for updates. The third week after my interview, I noticed the job position was not posted, and after contacting the recruiter was told an offer would be made to another candidate. This would have been fine had I been kept informed of where things were in the process, and had not been led on in my interview to feel like I was the leading candidate. In my interview I had been given the hiring manager’s email address, and told to follow up with him after a week. On top of the fact that my interview had gone well and, it seemed an offer would be likely given my background. Do avoid this company as they will waste your time. They operate like they have been in business for 3 months and have only 20 employees.
