The interview process moved rather quickly. Took about a week for them to contact me and set up some initial interviews. The interview process was 3 fold, a standard phone, 1st interview, then meet with the team and director. The 1st interview was with the current web administrator and was very much a "good fit" interview rather than a technical one. The second interview was 2 other team members, who really didn't understand how to interview or what they should be asking. It was painfully awkward and really need more direction. The director was strait forward and a very nice lady. Over all the interview process was mediocre.
