Long and drawn out. From initial application to final interview, it took 5 months. I had an initial interview about 2 weeks after applying then nothing for about a month. Then, I get setup for a couple of over the phone interviews then nothing for a month. Then I'm asked to fly to CA for another round of interviews but that turned into a local interview with 9 individuals. I was told I'd be hearing back in a day or so but then crickets...not even a thanks but no thanks, nothing. I called the recruiter who said a decision was still being made. That went on for about a week then nothing at all. I get it if there is someone else better suited for the position, just let me know. That's all.
