They asked a lot about my knowledge of watches as well as the brand, I've sold their product before in a previous setting so I could speak confidently about the product.

Very simple. Sit down over coffee and explain how you can sell a watch with a story. Easiest interview I've ever had. Management basically just wants to make sure you're friendly.
