Hiring process was very casual but at the same time required a lot of effort including a writing test, an in person interview and a phone interview. No job specifics were offered during the interview like potential salary, PTO or any other kind of benefits. I was never reached out to by an official HR rep. Pandered to fear-mongering during the phone interview and tried to scare me off with the workload. First interview was fun and engaging, but the second interview made it sound like only people with experience in the fashion industry were a good fit, meaning people who have the majority of their work experience in the state of Michigan will probably not have a good shot at working here.
