I've interviewed with Shipt before and the screening recruiter remembered working with me in the past. The recruiter recalled our previous conversations and immediately wanted to confirm my salary expectations to see if they aligned with the position to make good use of our time. We were a bit too far apart, so she shared some open positions that I may be interested in that would be closer to the range I was looking for and offered to stay in touch if anything particularly piqued my interest. We spent the whole allotted interview time chatting about career opportunities beyond this specific role, which I thought was an above and beyond experience entirely.
