I was referred through an employee who submitted my resume. I did not follow-up, and three months later I received a call from an HR employee to set up a phone screening for the position. Once I passed the phone screening everything moved extremely quickly. In the same week I was brought in for an in person interview with three members of the office team. The next day I was asked for my availability to meet with two employees at the Senior Vice President level. All the in person interviews were very friendly and relatively short. I was asked mainly about my previous experiences, temperament and interests. After my interview I didn't even have time to follow-up with a thank you e-mail as I was called by an HR employee within the hour and offered the position.
