I applied and they contacted me thru email back in February. I went to the interview early March and they went with someone else. It is odd that they send a letter to your house telling you the position has been filled instead of using email. Then in June I saw that the same position was open again. From what I understand this is the position they use to promote from within so it opens as people move up in the department. I reapplied to the same position with my same resume and I got another interview. The same Executive met with me for the interview. She acted surprised to see me, giving me some story that she didn't know it was me until that day when she printed out my resume. Then she proceeded to tell me that she hired a more qualified candidate in February. She also said she has a data entry position avalible and I might be able to move into HR later. Why would you call someone in for an interview and then offer a lesser position before even asking any questions? She said she is going to send two people from her department to interview me. So two girls came in and started asking me made up questions off my resume. They asked me to fill out a application. A few days later they sent another letter to my house telling me they went with someone else. They wasted my time in the second interview. Even before the interview, the warehouse crew smoking weed at 11 am in the parking lot showed me that this is very unprofessional corporate office.
