I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Shopify (Ottawa, ON) in Dec 2014
Interview
First I attended a hiring party, then I made a shop online. My first interview was more of a get to know me. No typical interview questions. After this I was given more 'homework'. I went online to answer peoples questions. After this I did the 'gauntlet'. A 1/2 day of tests to do with guru duties. (answering example questions etc) And then the second half of the day I spent shadowing a guru. The process took FOREVER.
