Interview experience was great. I had 2 pre-screening rounds, one with the recruiter and the other with the team lead to get an insight into my past work experience. I was invited for the life story interview, it went so well that the recruiter invited me on the same day for the next round for day-long interviews. I had around 5 interviews on a single day which included 2 pair programming sessions, a problem solving, lunch(which is also an informal interview session) and one with the director. The whole process was very casual and easy going. I cracked the first pair programming and the problem-solving rounds, however, the second programming session was with a guy from another team and he had no idea what his expectations were. It was a refactoring problem and he started with something normal but as I was solving the problem he went weird and didn't really knew about his outcome. I knew that if I got rejected it will be all because of this guy who is not really clear about his requirements and expectations. And yes I received the email from the recruiter saying same. The worst part is out of 5 interviews in a day, the decision was made on a single round and I can't even provide his feedback to anyone. I think the team who was hiring, they were quite happy and satisfied after our conversations. This should have been considered where only one person spoiled the decision.
