Applied online with my CV and then answered some initial application questions. Heard back that my answers weren’t attached to my application so I resent them via email. Heard back and got scheduled for lifestory interview the following week, which was casual and went well. Followed up same day that I was chosen to move on to gauntlet which I scheduled for the next day. Gauntlet was stressful but a good indicator of how the job would be in real life. It consisted of two simultaneous live chats roleplaying real scenarios (one person who was upset, another who was just fine). Followed by a phone call. You receive feedback immediately after each section which was good. Followed up the following day for references. Once my references sent in their reference forms, I got the offer the following day. The process from application online to the initial interview was long because a lot of people applied apparently (2 months), but the initial interview to the offer call was about a week and a half. All in all, great experience. You really need to be a good fit for this position to succeed in the interview process. Be yourself, be honest, and hopefully you are personable.
