I applied online directly and received an e-mail response within a couple weeks inviting me for a phone interview. I spoke directly with the hiring manager, which seemed like a good sign. However, the conversation was relatively unsubstantial and non-technical, and, at the end, I was told that they'll get back to me after exploring what other candidates are out there. Then ghosted.
