Sidetrade interview questions

The interview process started off well, but communication became inconsistent as it progressed. I experienced long periods without updates, and I had to follow up multiple times to get information about next steps. During the interview, some of the questions felt unstructured, and it wasn't always clear what the team was looking for. Overall, the process gave the impression that the company wasn't well organized, which made me question how internal operations might be managed. I appreciate the opportunity to interview, but I believe candidates would benefit from more transparent communication and a more structured hiring process.

Un premier entretien fait auprès d'une agence de recrutement qui m'a ensuite redirigé vers l'offre de sidetrade. Entretien en visio avec un lead dev et ainsi que son manager. Overall l'entretien a durée 1h avec des questions autour de la sécurité, ci/cd, gestion et maîtrise des coûts, avantage/inconvénients cloud etc. Suite à cette entretien un test technique de type coding game /leetcode est a faire que j'ai décliné
