      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sidley Austin (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2024

      Interview

The interview process interesting. I was poached by a recruiter for the position, they submitted my information, and then I took a personality questionnaire & had to complete a short writing prompt. The interview process was standard. The conflicts team was more curious about my current firms processes than actually interviewing me. The interview went swimmingly and I never heard back from anyone (recruiter or Sidley). No feedback.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sidley Austin (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2020

      Interview

I worked with a recruiter and landed an in-person interview. Initially, I met with three individuals that the position would work closest with. Standard questions, with some specific application questions, as well, since I had experience on the platforms the firm used at the time. Following that, I met with another round of people with leveled up questions. Conversation flowed and allowed for me to ask questions naturally. I got a good impression on the team dynamic during the interviews.
