Short, to the point, they either like you or not like you. Partners are busy so not much in-depth discussion, impress immediately for them to take you. Better to memorise your points so you can answer fluently.

Interview
After passing the written test, the next process is HR interview. They ask CV-based question and standard questions such as Why Sidley Austin, Why law. The interview takes about 30 mins. The HR is super nice and friendly. Most of the questions should be expected.

Good it was fun and they were very nice to me. Sidley is a great firm and is expanding more every day. it is exciting to see them grow and flourish. what a lovely place to interview.
