Interview
Came into the office and met with the paralegal supervisor and HR representative to go over certain paperwork. Then, according to a prearranged schedule, met with multiple attorneys within the practice group one on one in their office. Asked very standard, behavior/background questions. No prior knowledge assumed. Asked about interests/hobbies. Very much concerned with fit.
Certain attorneys were clearly very relaxed and concerned more with seeing personality - others were more concerned with academic/extracurricular qualifications and ability to manage the demands of the position.

How comfortable do you feel juggling multiple assignments?
Went through over five interview rounds for a Legal Assistant role. The process was professional but lengthy. Didn’t get the position initially, though they followed up months later when it reopened — appreciated their communication and professionalism throughout.
The interview lasted about 30 minutes. Where they discussed your basic interview questions and asked you ability to do the role. One thing they stressed in this interview was the ability to follow instructions and not change processes. Which sounds like an easy thing in the interview but this becomes difficult when you do not feel you have any freedom to work in a way you find most efficient. However overall a simple interview.
