The interview process is pretty extensive, as managerment requires new hires to be vetted accross teams to fine perfect fit. The questions were no complex, but you do have to be knowledgeable of the role you are applying for. I interview approximately 4 time before being accepted, and it took several weeks to get my background check completed.
