Interview
Pretty dry & one-sided. Overall it took ages ( 4 months) from start to finish. After initial screening, online AC, then an on-demand video interview. During the process, received an invitation to apply for another program from the same recruiter ( that was a red flag for me). Both ended up in rejection but the one with the invitation didn't even reach the on-demand video-interview stage.
