Went through 3 virtual rounds. The last round was a panel interview in which I had to present a full strategy plan and deliverables for a specific scenario. I noticed from the very beginning the interviewers weren’t fully engaged. Although delivering a great presentation and going above and beyond, it felt from the start I didn’t have a chance which was frustrating after putting so much time into the preparation. I followed up with the recruiter to ask for feedback and was ignored. Overall a disappointing experience and feel my time was wasted.
