Overall everything went quite well, but with one exception. Among people who interviewed was a person who turns out was also interested in the position. And this person basically blackballed me.

Question 1
Most intesive questions were around my skills of conflict resolution.
I got an on-demand video interview request. The technology didn’t work on my computer and they did not make it easy to fix. Maybe this is the future of interviews, but it didn’t feel personal at all. This experience made me feel like I was not going to be a good fit, so out of respect for their time and mine, I ended up withdrawing from the process.
It was an in person on site interview with key cross functional leaders.
Started with human resource, Sr managers, VP of engineering, hiring manager, quality team members.
It was a mix of general high level and deep dive queries. All in all fulfilling.
