Recruiter setup a 30min phone interview with me and then no call, no showed the meeting. Recruiter reached out a few days later to ask for another attempt at a call. Separately, so did the hiring director. Setup a call with the director. It lasted 15 minutes and largely comprised of them discrediting my qualifications and acting as though they were only calling me to justify a negative bias they already had against me for some reason. It took less than 10 minutes for them to act like I was wasting their time.

Two back to back 30 minute interviews, very personable. Spoke with the hiring manager first, then someone on the team. Ask a lot about my experience not too much about my interest in the company. felt very comfortable!
