Interview
Called on a Thursday afternoon and asked to come in the next day for an on campus interview. The interview set up was three Siemens employees, and myself, in a large conference room across the table from each other. I interviewed in Pittsburgh. The interview itself was mostly behavioral with two technical questions at the end. I was called the following Monday and offered the position.

It was a pretty smooth interview process. I had a 1:1 for first round and then had a superday for the second round. There was a case study and 3 interviews. Case study was more challenging than expected, but interviews were not too bad.

Super day was 3 interviews and then a group case study and presentation. Surprisingly, I was only asked behavioral questions during the super day but some other people I spoke with said they had some technicals.
