The interview consisted of several regular questions about my resume, questions about the company itself, what did I know about them and so forth, and to finish they asked two technical questions about regular finance and accounting daily tasks.

In person round then super day. Super day includes one newtworking dinner session and then second day of back to back interviews. Interviews consisted of behavioral and technical round with a group case study

Why Siemens? Why FLDP? What makes you a good fit for the program
the overall process was nice. they sponsored flight and accommodation to be in an in-person recruiting event. the interview was average with mostly behavioral questions and only one technical question at the end. They stressed that you do not have to complete the technical question and it is more for problem-solving and thinking process check.
