I had one of the most unprofessional interview experiences of my career here. I was told I was being set up to interview with a senior person commensurate to the job I was applying for, and I was attacked by a team of junior members that were clearly salivating and out for blood with a bunch of rapid-fire interview questions that were not even applicable to the position. The recruiter and I mutually agreed to walk away from this one. I would be careful interviewing with Siemens (know it’s a HUGE firm) anywhere in the future based upon this experience. Make sure you have a clear understanding of the job description and know who you are interviewing with each time and that they stick to the program (no bait and switch!).

Disorganized, did a hiring event, only low level managers and positions were focused on thus when actual interviews took place much time was lost because time would be wasted with the entry level positions
