Most unprofessional recruiter I have come across. We had a 30-min phone screen and the recruiter said she ll have an update in 5 days. It has been 4 weeks and I still haven’t got any response from the recruiter despite sending her 4/5 follow up emails. Rejecting a candidate is totally fine but one should value people’s time and provide them that information. After all it won’t take much time to send a note that they are not considering a candidate for further rounds.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Siemens (Istanbul) in Sep 2022
Interview
I applied for the position of Data Engineer at Siemens at a time I can't remember. On September 15, an e-mail came from Siemens for an interview. On September 22, we had an interview with authorized person. Despite theauthorized person who ended the meeting by saying "don't worry, we'll see you" at the end of the interview, I got a negative email 1 week later. I sent an e-mail to both HR and Siemens to get feedback and saw that my e-mail address was banned. It's okay if it's negative, but getting an e-mail address banned is not nice. My advice to applicants is to consider another company.
