The interview process was relatively straight forward. I applied via a recruitment company and was sent on an interview within a few days. Probably one of the most straight forward companies out there. Very effective and efficient.

The questions where all based on your Competencies. There was a series to be asked such as explaining a time you had done XYZ.
many stages, no updates along the line, no consideration for long travel to their office, still very unpersonal process, does not feel genuine, i think after a face to face interview, dont just send a system email out

It was very simple and easy. The person I met with was nice, they asked a few questions about things like prior work experience and organization, and that was it.
