The interview process starts with Video or Voice Conference with HR, BU Manager and Line Manager, Then HR asks to provide documents and Credentials. If HR are satisfied with documents and you passed the medical and background checks they place an offer. You'll be given chances to ask questions and they'll be sure they clear all your doubts....

It was good. They respect the employee and they ask basics first and they will continue asking questions related to the particular role. There were three people in my panel. I could able to answer most of the questions. Mostly they asked about PID controls.
