Officially, there are 3 rounds of interview. First round, phone interview from Germany HR. Second round, in person interview in local office with 4 people back to back (mix of case and behavorial q). Third round, in person interview in another local office (required some traveling) with 5 people in a panel, mostly behavorial q. Whole process took 1.5 months.

Interview process consisted of three rounds. It was behavioral plus technical related to accounting and finance. Interviewers were quite particular in investigating about specific traits from resume and technical skills. Overall, the process was good and the communication was quite fast and helpful.
