It was a competency interview. It was quite relaxed with two very friendly managers, who were casually dressed. The interview can take up to an hour. It's a good idea to google competency questions beforehand.

Very good interview and the manager seemed genuinely interested and sincere. Progressed to a third in person and Teams interview with National/Global Manager which also went very well- then, Ghosted despite numerous follow up emails and status requests
