I was approached by the HR first than 2 other meetings for the technical aspect. They told me that they are looking for someone who will work for the company for years and I'm the strongest candidate. Then same assessment test was followed. For the final they arranged another HR meeting, I knew it was final because thats what they told me and they were considering the last 2 people for the job and I was one of them. I was asked the same questions again and then they dissappeared! Until to that point they were calling me to arrange the meetings but they started not replying me and after 1 and a half week they sent me an email that I wasnt picked. Funny thing is: they opened this position 3 times before and didnt hire anyone, and this one was no expection as well; they made interviews and hire no one. And now they are listing part time ux student instead!! So they have ethical issues and I suggest you not to waste your time with this company. At least for the Istanbul branch. (HR is pure amateur)
