Very disappointing process that took over two months. No feedback provided other than "there were stronger candidates". Particularly frustrating is that six months later, Siemens still has not hired anyone for this role but they keep on actively promoting it on several job platforms with no intention of ever hiring anyone. Don't even bother applying, as this seems to be only for show. From internal information, I hear Siemens has instilled a hiring freeze considering the current market environment.
