The interview was a part of the assessment centre and was at the end of group tasks and discussions. They asked set questions regarding your interests in both the company and personal life, and asked you to relate them to workplace applications. They also asked about your skills and passions and how they would be applicable to a career at Siemens. The interviewers were very hospitable and overall it was a good experience.
