I went up to 3 rounds of interview process and got rejected. The first round was virtual round and was pretty easy and second round they told me to come to office as it is a personal interview and over there they conducted a written test about basics of PCB and it went well and followed by a tool test to check how good you are with tool in mean time they conducted a technical interview with team manager and after tool test we are done for the day, for this round I spent my whole day at Siemens office and after a week I got a call saying there is a 3rd round which is techno managerial round and and it was virtual again, in this round it was too hard and not much related to PCB design and much related to hardware design engineer position. I am having 3+ years of experience and the questions they asked was like for people around 5-10 years of experience persons. And the job posting they posted on social media is asking for 3-10 years of experience. They literally wasted my time conducting these many rounds.
