It was organized at first, and included automated messages on the next stages of the process. However, it was noticeably disorganized towards the end without a clear timeline of when a hiring decision would be made.

I was contacted a few days after applying and scheduled a 30-minute video call interview with two individuals. I felt the interview went well until I was suddenly asked how old I was. This seemed to me to be an extremely inappropriate question and has left me with a very negative impression of the company.
