I applied through college or university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Siemens in Sep 2023
Interview
An online test was conducted first including all mechanical basics. Then, in TR they asked about core mechanical subjects in depth and I was qualified for HR. HR was very smooth like about family background and location preference. I felt very satisfied about the process Siemens is conducting to recruit freshers.
