Siemens Program Manager for Carve-Out and Mergers interview questions

The offer is for a role based in Spain - Program Manager for Carve-Out and Mergers - the interview with the recruiter was a video call, where I had the camera on and the recruiter had the camera off (it's deplorable). The crucial interview with the hiring manager was terrible: I had to introduce the call, open the interview, and present myself. The overall conversation was not structured at all. She didn't make any questions or explanations. The overall feeling was like a company that doesn't care about the hiring process at all. Very sad and disappointing. They disappeared after two steps without providing me with feedback. I sent two emails, but I didn't receive any response. So sad.
