Interview process began with a straightforward short phone interview where I was asked general questions about my experience as well as what I was looking for in a job. Then I was given a challenge problem by email, with about 4-5 days to complete it. The challenge was about how you would solve a certain problem. It required analytical and creative problem solving skills, some knowledge of the industry and research skills. Then, the in person interview lasted 4-5 hours. I spoke to HR as well as most of the employees on the team that I would be joining. I was also asked to give a prepare and give a presentation on a topic of my choice.

Fair and in-depth interview. You get to meet the whole team and the main hiring lady. She is a fellow west Texan and very kind. They expect a good literature paper for your presentation. Should be easy if you can present a good paper.
