Filled in an application form online with some simple scenario questions. Got called to interview about a week later. Interview was advertised as lasting around 2 hours and with competency based questions and a role playing exercise. My interview only lasted around an hour in the end. Started as advertised with around 15 competency based questions- very intensive! Make sure you have lots of examples to use. Be sure to highlight your enthusiasm and customer satisfaction. At the end there was a role playing exercise, may seem a bit strange but get used to it as Signet love role playing exercises even as an employee. I received my offer in the form of a trial shift on my way back home about 15 minutes after the interview had finished.
