2 stage interview initial meeting with HR and then meet Department Director. Wen through CV and experience. The following interview was with a Director and Department Head and required a presentation on how you would develop the business.

There were no unusual questions in stage one.
The presentation on how to develop the department was very subjective and you get very little detail of the limitations that may be in place.
