Brought me in for an interview with 5 different people. Each interview was 30 minutes (4 in total). The one person was rude and more interested in the time I had spent away from this type of position than what my actual qualifications were. I felt that in general the interviews went well though. I sent thank you emails and heard nothing back. After two weeks, I followed up with the hiring manager. He responded a week after that saying they hadn't made a decision yet. Two more weeks went by... I followed up again. I never heard back from him. After 3 months, I'm assuming I didn't get the job. Just feel it's incredibly rude to bring someone in for a 2+ hour interview and then never get back to them, even if I wasn't the right candidate.
