I don’t usually write interview reviews, but this one felt worth sharing. My experience with the team was disappointing. The interview had already been rescheduled once, and on the day of the interview, the interviewer joined late without acknowledging it or apologizing. They started the conversation without any introduction, which didn’t leave a great impression. During the interview, I felt like my actual work experience wasn’t respected. The questions seemed to focus on textbook-style answers rather than real-world experience. When I tried to explain my hands-on work, it didn’t seem to matter much. What made it more frustrating was that the interviewer mentioned they “want to give everyone a fair chance.” That didn’t match the experience at all. I was asked questions about areas I had clearly not worked on, even though it was already mentioned in my resume. It felt inconsistent and unfair. Overall, the interaction came across as dismissive and not very respectful of a candidate’s time or background. In my experience, even companies much larger than this maintain a basic level of professionalism and respect during interviews, which was missing here. If you’re planning to interview with this company, it’s something to keep in mind.
