Written test involving basic mechanical, math questions, if passed there's a face to face interview. If that goes well then there is a drug test and background check. If everything is kosher theyll make you an offer.

Interview
I did not have an interview, took assessment test off site. once pass the assessment then you would take the written test on site ;consist of general question relating to math, measuring, and mechanics. Next, a hands on where you tap n drill a hole along drill and ream a hole. And last is background an drug test ( urine sample).

Long and tedious . You must take 5 different tests . Mechanical , psychological and of course drug and alcohol test . You must have a physical . Interviews with every upper management personal . If they "THINK" they might hire you , they walk you through the entire plant , to show you the entire process .
